1. Service and agreement
Telephone Moscow provides internet-based voice routing and related account tools. A service starts after we approve an order, create credentials and confirm commercial terms. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for every call authenticated by your credentials or accepted from an IP address you asked us to trust. Keep credentials confidential, restrict your PBX and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. We may temporarily restrict traffic to protect you, other networks or the service.
3. Rates, billing and disputes
Calls are charged using the destination, route, billing block and increment shown in the applicable rate card when the call begins. Displayed estimates exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Carrier classification and our rating records determine the billed destination. Raise a billing dispute within 30 days of the relevant statement and include the call identifiers concerned.
4. Quality and availability
Internet telephony depends on networks and suppliers outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular answer-seizure ratio or identical presentation on every destination. We may change or withdraw routes, block destinations and perform maintenance when reasonably required.
5. Emergency calling
The service is not a replacement for a traditional telephone line and does not support emergency calling unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing. You must maintain another way to contact emergency services and inform every user of this limitation.
6. Caller identity
You may present only caller identities that you are legally entitled to use. We may validate, replace or suppress caller identity to comply with carrier rules or law. Spoofing, impersonation and misleading presentation are prohibited.
7. Suspension and termination
Either party may end a month-to-month service on written notice, subject to outstanding charges. We may suspend immediately for fraud, security risk, unlawful traffic, non-payment or material breach. Provisions concerning payment, liability, confidentiality and disputes survive termination.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
9. Law and contact
The commercial agreement identifies the contracting Telephone Moscow operator, governing law and competent jurisdiction. Contact us through the service form for notices or questions.
