1. Lawful traffic only
You must comply with telecommunications, privacy, marketing, sanctions and consumer-protection laws applicable to your traffic and destinations. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and maintaining suppression lists.
2. Prohibited uses
- Caller-ID spoofing, impersonation or presenting a number you are not authorised to use.
- Fraud, phishing, vishing, social engineering, harassment, threats or deceptive calling.
- Artificially generated traffic, traffic pumping, wangiri, call stretching or revenue-share abuse.
- Unsolicited bulk calling or prerecorded campaigns without all required consent.
- Attempts to scan, overload, bypass authentication or interfere with any network or account.
- Resale or sub-allocation where your agreement does not permit it.
3. Traffic integrity
Use valid numbering formats, provide accurate caller identity and avoid excessive short-duration or unanswered traffic that harms networks. We may apply destination, concurrency, rate or spend controls and request evidence supporting unusual traffic.
4. Security duties
Protect endpoints, use strong unique passwords, restrict management interfaces, install updates and monitor call records. Notify us promptly of suspected compromise. You remain responsible for authenticated charges until we can reasonably act on your notice.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate, block, rate-limit or suspend traffic when we reasonably suspect a violation or urgent risk. We may preserve and disclose relevant records when required by law. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination and recovery of resulting carrier charges or losses.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected misuse through the contact form with the time, calling and called numbers, and any relevant call identifier. Do not include call content or unrelated personal data.
