1. Who controls the data
The Telephone Moscow operator named on your order form or invoice is the controller for customer administration and the service data described here. Privacy requests can be submitted through our contact form. Corporate registration and postal details are supplied with the commercial order.
2. What we process
- Contact and account information, such as names, business details and email addresses.
- Authentication and security information, including hashed portal passwords, SIP account identifiers, IP addresses and audit events.
- Traffic and billing records, including calling and called identifiers, route, timestamps, duration, response status and cost.
- Support messages and technical diagnostics you provide.
3. Why and on what basis
We process account and traffic data to perform the service contract, rate calls, prevent fraud, secure the network and meet legal obligations. We process enquiries before entering a contract. Limited security logging and service improvement are based on our legitimate interests, balanced against user rights.
4. Sharing and international routing
We share the minimum necessary traffic data with voice carriers, hosting and technical providers that deliver or secure the service. International calls necessarily involve networks in the destination country. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use an available lawful transfer mechanism where required.
5. Retention
We retain traffic and billing records while needed for invoicing, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal requirements. Account records are retained for the service relationship and a reasonable limitation period afterwards. Security logs are normally retained for a shorter operational period. Enquiries that do not become customers are periodically deleted.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority in the operator’s jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
7. Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The customer portal uses a strictly necessary, host-only session cookie for authentication and security. It cannot be disabled while signed in.
8. Communications confidentiality
We treat communications and related traffic information as confidential, process only what is necessary to route, secure and bill calls, and do not record call content unless a separately disclosed and lawful recording service is enabled.
